well here's a few pointers so u can improve on ur flash movies...

1-check for sprite alignment...animations are too jumpy..
2-increase the frame rate...it looked too choppy
3-try thinking of some more creative story...the "i gotta eliminate you so my master will rise" story it's been used a lot...you gotta do something different and unexpected to keep it fresh and better from other megaman movies
4-pick better music...dance music didnt really fit on this episode..

Nice animation to it to!In part 2 you should make it longer!Also I read in a response from you that you were going to make a Mario V Sonic Spriter Special...well I suggest you not submitting it here.Ever since that Mario Vs Sonic contest for VGDC,everyone's been giving Mario Vs Sonic movies low scores.You better make it really good if you do!Anyways nice movie!
