*UPDATE (YES another what, this makes like 5 in one day), I fixed the screeching audio problem. And audio is just all around better quality.
After watching Foamy fanmail, I decided to make a parody of it. However I was not even going to attempt to do Foamy's voice. So instead I used iwillpress himself... aww, isn't he cute....
Anyhow, everything was made from scratch, right down to the lil skulls in the preloader. So nothing was copied.
The "Of Doom" thing, is something I decided to use from Funktasic's "Neurotically Whored" (http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view.php?id=100035). The cookies, and a painting in the background are two more references to Neurotically Whored as well.
Anyhow, if you aren't familiar with Neurotically Yours this will make little to no sense to you. If you are a psychopathic fan of NY, please at least watch this first before voting. (Part Of The Ironically Yours series)
*On a quick side note, there was BG music, but since it really only added to file size I removed it.

it probably would have been like 9 times better if you didnt give it that annoying voice..... i closed it before the end of the first 'fanmail' letter... also.. you might not want to drag it on so much like that.... i get very impatient when it comes to shorts and well.. this toon literally irritated me.... you've got the right idea and everything.. just need a bit of tweaking....

I couldnt get through this. Took way too long. The way IllWillPress looked and spoke was the only slightly amusing part. Bad flash. Waste of time. Dont watch this.

TOO SLOW... you (or whomever) spoke too slowly, making the letter entirely too long.
NOT FUNNY... at all, try to get some non-bashing humor in there.
RECYCLED ANIMATIONS... Recycled animations are like those recycled notebooks, they fall apart before you can do anything with them. I know you were trying to mimic foamy's tendancy to bounce around here and there, but he talks 100 miles a minute and lasts only for a minute or so. Try to clean it up, make it a little more interesting, recycle the jokes if you want to but IN THE NAME OF CAFFEINE quit with the drawl.
FIX IT... please.
