Not so glad of the arms and back position

It's a very good start. The legs look great, I like the bounce to his step and also the way the torso twists. The head and neck movement seems just right.
I think the arms are swaying too loose, and wide, which makes it look like he is trying to appear bigger than he is. I feel this would be more suitable for a "poser" than a real deal tough-guy. His shoulders are broad, but with the elbows so far outwards, it makes the shoulders appear to be narrow.
i feel the same, the big problem is in the arms, I should make them stiff I think
