Definitely the Voice Acting
This could've been good had you gotten decent voice work, or a better way of recording - I don't know.
I could barely hear what Link was saying. And Lucario talked tooooooo sssssllllllloooooowwwwwwww. Timing is everything in comedy.
I don't have a problem with the drawings at all, but a little more animation couldn't hurt.
I hope you fix it & resubmit.
