Here is its eulogy, a collection of the kind words written about it while still among the living. They shall live on forever in its place.

UPDATE: CTA V is almost done and should be out by late December

Well it's been a long time coming.

This episode of CT: Apocalypse was a long long process of extreme hard work and much dedication.

This episode has so much more to offer such as:

1. A Playable Battle System (During the battle please do not press the spacebar)
2. Much better writing
3. A classic Chrono Trigger Feel
and much more.

Special Thanks to R1665 to all the long hours of help that we each gave to eachother on VG Exiles as well as this.

Please review and vote fairly!

The battle had me thrown off a little, but other than that, I found it enjoyable.
I wonder though, why did you recolor Magus?
Aside, the plot twists were awesome, but my only concern is the end scene. If the characters had previously defeated Lavos, why didn't the future change as well? Wouldn't it be more hospitable? And shouldn't Crono and Lucca have known where they were, since 2300 AD was a place in time you could travel to in the game?

And a comment at Fissile,
No matter what period (12000 BC, 600 AD, 1000 AD or 1999 AD) you fight Lavos, it remains dead all the same since you appear in some sort of time vortex for the battle.

This has the same typical fan fiction quality of pissing me off! Part of what gave chrono trigger such an awesome plot was just how ultimate the final goal/battle was. The idea that one can simply go back in time to see lavos infuriates me! The reason the time rifts existed in the first place was because of Lavos. The last fight takes place in a trans dimensional, timeless location essentially spelling lavos' doom for all time. IF lavos was indeed still around prior to 1999, when Crono etc. return to their time at the end of Chrono Trigger LAVOS WOULD STILL BE THERE. Yuk, Yuk, pooie, FAIL. If you want to write good fan fiction DO NOT mess with the original plot. It seems you missed a big chunk of the significance of this great game.

i must know when is the next one of series is coming

This is probably the first time I've ever seen something the whole way through that had one of those battles that I actually won! I'm pretty late into the series, so I don't get the story. While I don't know much about the series, I can at least recognize the characters from it. It took me awhile to figure out that pressing space was how you went past the dialogue. I thought the sprite work was well done and it was so cool how you used Mugen for this. We should see more of that stuff on Newgrounds.

Yay, my debut!

I think I'm inspired to do my own series
