Yay,my first tutorial! It´s a short one,but I guess it is okay. :3

Full title is "Bypass the 16000 frame limit Tutorial".

It is basically my method of avoiding my long movie to freeze at frame 16000 with movie clips. There is the loadMovie()-method already, but because of the risk that several parts can be deleted on third party sites I prefer the MC method.

I would like to thank chunkycheese12 for his platformer tutorial, which teached me a lot AS2 and it helped me find this method^^
And thanks to adam2510 for mentioning the disadvantages of the MC-method. Yes, not all shiny things are gold (I bet it´s horribly quoted ;P)
And finally Paranoia for correcting one part of the tut.^^

So,enjoy the tutorial, learn something if you are new to Flash and don´t forget to recommend this for the Tutorial Collection :D

You siref, get a favorite and a fan. This helped me a lot seeing as how I needed to make a flash that was 11:36 long. Adding in music is easy too. Just make a layer labeled "Music" on the actual timeline and all I need to use is 1 frame. GENIUS!

For AS3, just use root instead of _root and everything else should be the same. Thank you HyperGumba for sharing this helpful technique!

THANK YOU!!! ^^ I already figured the MC part out, but the _root thing is what I needed.

I have been trying to find a way to get passed that damn 16000 frame limit in Flash. It's the reason CVMVS was cut so drastically short. If this works, then I will be very happy :D.

HyperGumba, you should mention also that, it helps sync issues, if the movie is very long.
I used that method, because of those sync issues. XD

To everybody, you should favorite this, if you want to make long movies.
Great tutorial and it's well-presented.

I wish good luck on your future works, HyperGumba. =3
