Francis is an antagonist in the Wii video game Super Paper Mario, who serves as the main boss of Chapter 3, The Bitlands. Francis is a chameleon, strongly personified as a highly stereotypical nerd, who kidnaps Tippi after declaring her a rare collectible. He then vows to take pictures of her and place them on the website, Digibutter.nerr, a forum filled with geeks and nerds of all sorts. He names Tippi 'Francine' and calls her that throughout the game. However, by the time Tippi and Count Bleck left, Francis is calling her by her real name. Amongst his many obsessions, Francis enjoys watching Anime, collecting and/or playing video games, cats, and "hot babes". He lives in his own domicile, Fort Francis, where he has a large number of MeowMaids that are responsible for guarding the fortress as well as tidying his Anime collections or recording his favorite television shows. Francis also has the habit of saying "hi-technicaaaaal!" if he believes something is cool, awesome, or "schweet."

[FF]Francis is a one of a kind work of art. I always knew that Newgrounds would be the one to harbor this kind of creative art, and it is such a shame that it is receiving the cookie cutter reviews that this generation has grown to learn to attach to every submission that they are too lazy to try to understand. You have to look below the surface to truly reckon the message that Yoshio is transmitting.
The image selected is an idol of humanity. Francis, an antagonist, embodies mankind's desire to do the wrong thing in the face of justice. The rebellious nature of this character goes hand in hand with the rebellious intentions of this flash artist. The simple motion tween from left to right is representative of the railroad-track routine behavior exhibited by the ignorant masses of the world today. The color sequence, and abrupt stop before completing the left-to-right transition are a metaphor that cuts over the true position of the underlying emotions that are outlined in the artist's simple message "Francis owns yo ass!/neeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrrr." The music selection is a Duchampian readymade, which fits into the motif of readymades that this masterpiece exhibits: the motion tween, the image, and the flashing colors.
Discovering this submission has been a breath of fresh air when sifting through some of the uncultured trash that Newgrounds has come to deify. The low scores some people give are a testament to the tragically dropping perception and comprehension that today's society no longer relishes. Thank you, Yoshio.

If there had been anything, ANYTHING to your Flash at all it would've scored higher. But what this is ... would make any Flash lover cry. I don't know how you got that many friends to protect it, but please, next time do your best to make something, SOMETHING. Without the intention to offend, I hope this will be blammed ASAP.

Seriously its one of the best movies I've ever seen.
