History
Made for the Newgrounds Ruffle jam!
The concept for Cat Burglar came from a prototype I made in 2011 for the FGL Game Jam with the theme: “Greed”.
Over the years I remade the game from scratch maybe 6 times, always feeling like the game just wasn’t fun enough before eventually giving up on it. But with a lot of encouragement this time through users from Newgrounds and Reddit, I really felt good about continuing.
Finally “Cat Burglar” is finished! Remade from scratch for the last time.

Woohoo! Finally done! Had a lot of fun making it, I hope everyone enjoys the game. There were a few things that didn't get implemented in time but overall I'm really happy with how everything turned out.

Love the idea at this and the upgrades are notbad This was a professional method and this can really thrive from your ideas Now ofcourse theres room to make things better and some added extras like some even more upgrades and adding in more splashy effects would also be nice

This game is really fun! I have played it so many times. I hope Mr. Buckles won't go into heist withdrawal after Cat Burglar loots the diamond :)
I don't know if the creator has already noticed, but I think the images are one off from most the medals. For example, looting a statue has an image of a pile of cash and looting a pile of cash has a picture of a totem.
