GameMaker has been around since 1999 and has improved a lot over the years while adding an HTML5 export module in more recent years.

If you create a game with GameMaker and export as HTML5, you can share it here on NG! Simply place your game assets in a ZIP folder and make sure your html file is named "index.html". Upload your ZIP to NG and viola!
