Hiring Furry Artists ^^ SFW / NSFW / Fetish

Job Details:
We are looking for talented furry artists to join my team. It's a part-time gig so you can work on your own projects. Hiring SFW And NSFW Artists. We are also looking for fetish related artists as well. The art style we are looking for is simple. Simple shading and lighting, nothing too crazy. Examples are below ^^
Budget:
So this is what we need to discuss. Our new budget is $200 via two weeks. If you give me a good deal for using your services I'll make it worth your wild. My recommended spending about $50 - $80 per creation contract (Not Hourly)
Perks:
- Thoses who join and hired will be given 5% of my brand
- Custom promo Highlight (Banner / Bio)
- Receive free custom watermark
- Receive Bonuses on hardwork done.
Requirements
- All creations must be rendered at 1080 x 720 or higher
- Must have a vaild payment method
- Must be over the age of 18
- Artwork created must look and be over the age of 18
How It Works:
So I'm willing to purchase a commercial license or if a artwork sells i'll split the profits with you. Once we start making some money on the projects we will have to start deducting tax. Don't worry that would be put on my end and it's not something to worry about until we start making over $1000 a month or $5000 Yearly. We also have a written agreement for security purposes so everyone will feel safe. You'll sign it once and if any updates come along you'll just agree to them. The agreement is not perment. You can leave at anytime. Those who leave will no longer receive any company perks. Please express any concerns you may have.
