I agree. A higher leveled residency means more citizens, which means more money to build more buildings. So upgrading residences would be a good start.

nope remember there is luck there is a small chance to get something i got a grey cap and 2 different rags slingshot and a grey Indian necklace from working even at a place with 0% luck u can get an item i got my Indian necklace at a wheat field it has 0% luck so good luck (most likely to get item if u spend 2 h on job)

As mentioned by BREAKOUT the sooner they are constructed means more NG members can join. Therefore, a higher money intake into the town treasury and more helping hands to work together to upgrade it into a formidable fortress against assaults.
Plus, however we decide to divvy up the character classes as chosen by the individual crew members into adventurers, workers, duelers or soldiers will help determine best way to rise through the ranks and dominate The West.
