I'll have to see how many people are on the list first.

I know that the b/p contribution to the list has risen to almost the entire top 50, and I know a few of the top 50 exp have broken 10k since I last updated, but I don't know how many exactly.

If it's getting anywhere near 100, I might cut it down.

But there are no new 10k+ posters, so that's good (For my updating time), at least.

Well, I'm past 14,200, and I'm not even within 3,000 of any individual 10K+ amount. I'm sure a top 100 could be done in the way you suggest, but part of the point of this list is that everyone on it has got 10K of something.

Update time at last.

No limits imposed as we're up 16 people to 89 total, not quite to 100 yet. And while it took awhile to update, it wasn't horrendous. I'm thinking, though, that in light of the top 50 exp and top 50 b/p lists now being nearly filled with 10,000+ users, that I may start to impose a 11,000+ requirement for those two stats. Posts and Reviews would continue to be 10,000+ though. We'll see what happens next update, whenever that is.

I take it you mean top 100 quadstat totals overall? As in, the top 100 people with the overall most amount of exp+b/p+posts+reviews?

There's one major major problem with that idea, BCC, and that's how am I going to find all the people who need to be on it, eh?

Take you, for example. I know you have a lot of posts, but can I instantly tell what your point total is? I'd have to go around into everyone's profiles and add up all their stats on the spot just to see if they are anywhere NEAR being in the top 100... and since there wouldn't be any concrete bottom number (the 100 spot would set it, and it would change daily most likely), I wouldn't even be sure at that point.

User search is down, and even with it, there's no "search by stats" method.

Do you see the problem? Look at jon's stats or your stats. None of them are enough to get you on any NG list (well, okay, you're on the top 50 posters, but jon isn't)... any OFFICIAL list, rather... and there could be dozens of people like you two. Well-balanced but not standing out in any one stat. And hell, if they don't post to the BBS, if they have like 500 reviews, are one of jon's blank spots on his reviewlist cause he's never found them... they have like 7000 b/p and are a blank spot on LockClock/DOGMA's top 51+ b/pers... and they have like 8000 exp and are a blank spot on ramagi's top 100 exp users... then how the hell am I gonna find 'em when no one else managed to?

So, not only is it nearly impossible, it's also highly insane and would take more time than my other three lists put together to even START such a list. You might think it's a slight alteration of the way the list is now, but trust me it's not. It requires an entirely different method of people searching.

All I have to do right now is look at the profiles of anyone on the top 50 b/p list over 10,000, anyone on the top 50 exp list over 10,000, and anyone over 10,000 posts (which are the same 5 people over 10,000 posts on format's last html top 50 posters list, it just so happens). And if anyone ever gets over 10,000 reviews, I'll be referring to the statistics page on the portal to get the profile access of any of the top 10 reviewers there. Only I won't need to for some time because XwaynecoltX is the closest and I already have him from the top 50 b/p list.

See how easy it is now compared to what you suggest? Good. #;-}>

Nice prediction on his points. On THIS list, he'd be in the 70s or so. But there's no telling how many people more would be ahead of him on the list he suggests, how many more people with < 10,000 points in any of the four stats.

I've noticed the tendency of many of you to harp and harp and harp if I specify too early when the next one will be coming. Hence my lack of doing so here. I doubt it'd be anytime sooner than this one was from the last one (1.5 months), and maybe even longer.

You have to remember, I still have 3 other major lists I'm running. And I'm going to majorly cut down on the updates of the top 50 b and p lists. Only the VP list will be updated often from now on.

Hehhhh... well, it's easy to see why moving from 10 to 9 seems impressive... it's moving from a 2 digit number to a 1 digit one... and 1 digit's as low as they come in terms of rankings!
