There were 2 other banned episodes. One where Pikachu took a bullet for Ash and one where Pikachu thunderbolted a couple of nukes. They had good reason for the nukes though, it caused seizures.

Actually they did smartass. I saw it myself in english. 4Kids played it off as the 'lost episode' of Pokemon. They only showed it on that Saturday morning though so if you missed it then find the Japanese version.
