I think he just wants to submit things, but is too lazy to actually make something, so he steals things that are obviously not his own and claims that they are his. That tends to be the case.

there are two solutions that popped into my mind:
1-zero bomb constantly the stolen content
2-or 5 bomb constantly the stolen submissions until they reach first places in top, so the NG crew will be alarmed and start doing something
A question.
First off, i use the "Favorite Audio" to keep a record of stolen audio.
when i look at some of them to zero bomb, it says somthing like 'Mods need to approve this'
does this mean they deleted it or they are re-evaluating it?

It's stolen from Immediate Music/X Ray Dog, while not being crystal clear, it's pretty obvious. Read my review for info. (I'm only beating around the bush in that review, so it wont get deleted, I was blunt about it and got the review removed, damn newgrounds rules.)
