One of my flatmates was working behind the bar last night. She gave me 6 doubles for £3.80.

I fucking love her.

Hey guys! As you know I turned 19 yesterday so of course I'm going to post my super awesome night with you all! It started off with the whole family going out for breakfast, mmm..., than I went to the Casino with my grandma :) That was pretty sweet! They asked me for my ID, than let me in and wow... slot machines EVERYWHERE!!! And a bar :P We made close to just over $200, and we spilt it :P WOOO!!

After that, we headed to Luna's Pizzeria for my party, and my whole family was there: Mom's side, Dad's side, my girlfriend and a few friends. It was great! We had a buffet of chicken wings, pizza, salad and lasagna. And I got some gifts :P The most awesome gifts I got was a Metallica t-shirt from my girlfriend, and a SIGNED card from both Hinder and Theory of A Deadman!!! WOOO!!!!!

For the end of the night, we went right to bar hopping :) I started my order of drinks with a Budweiser, than I had a Rickard's White (it was pretty interesting! It tasted kinda like a peppery drink, with a tinge of orange peel), and I had a pornstar shooter (Not sure what was in it, but it was good :) Somewhat like a mixture of grape Koolaid and something else, but it was good :), than I had a Blue Shark, it was VERY good! By this point I was feeling it :P And it felt alright :) aha! I than finished off the night with two more Blue Sharks and a Budweiser, and I was buzzed but not sick or anything, so I cut myself off.

Overall, it was a pretty good night! :) Oh, I was supposed to work today, but I wasn't feeling up to it :P so I called in sick. Guess what? My boss apparently is all pissed at me for calling in sick, and i'm not getting anymore shifts. Yay... Fuck I hate my job!

Holy, does anyone come here anymore? :( Would of thought with it being St. Patty's Day that people would be sharing their drinking stories... guess not :'( lol

Unless you're Irish, St. Patricks day is fucking stupid and you're pathetic if you celebrate it. You don't need an excuse to get drunk, any time you drink is a perfect opportunity and you're not Irish so it means nothing to you.

Also wearing a big floppy hat doesn't make you cool.

i drink when i can, usually fridays or saturdays, the last alcoholic drink i had was a bottle of malibu on saturday i think...

Last weekend I bought a pint of brandy and just had that and walked around my town with friends. We ended up calling everyone for bud cuz the whole town was basically dry. But yeah, it was my first time drinking hard liquor in a while, i hate it. I always get hungover when I have liquor. IMO it tastes gross. I'm a beer fan.

Anywho, one of my friends passed out while taking a piss in his bathroom, it was pretty funny.

Thanks man! I would have to agree with your choice, Bud is my favorite beer. Keystone light coming in second (No comparison though) mainly because of it's pricing haha.

LOL, my friend got SMASHED tonight, and because I was relatively sober (see my last post here for explanation), I basically entertained myself by feeding him more sambuca whilst he was sitting on the floor in a drunken daze.

Pretty funny... but also sad that I've had to resort to laughing at other people getting drunk because I can't get particularly drunk myself right now. Ah well.

Went to a 'Stock Exchange' night down at my Student Union last night...
It's an event where the prices of drinks change over the night, if lots of people are drinking, say, VK Blue, then VK Blue becomes expensive, whereas if no-one's drinking, say, John Smiths, then John Smiths prices drop.

it was a decent enough night, however, they did it on quantity of drink X purchased, rather than percentage of all drinks bought that were X, so overall prices went up throughout the whole night. Also, not everything was on stock exchange rules, just the big ones.

Still shits and giggles though, and I did drink a LOT of snakebite, since it started out at £1.30 for a pint.

That is SO the coolest thing ever! There was such an event here lately in the youth club, and it was connected with 5 other youth clubs over the country. It was fucking awesome...

Me and a friend arrived, and we saw the price for a Duvel was only 1.30eur (if you don't know what a Duvel is, get the fuck out of this thread). So we ordered 10 Duvels at once, while regular beer was at like 2.8eur lololol. Anyway after those 5 Duvels each we drank more Duvel and then we drank more Duvel and then we drank Gouden Carolus because Duvel was sold out.

In short: we spent like 20 euros on a night that would have cost over 40 euros any other day.

I will, next year in college it should be easier for me to find it. I'm also going to Europe with my school the week after we graduate. I'm gonna be getting shitty with teachers, haha. I can't wait.

So I didn't read the whole thread, but anyone else enjoy the merciless pleasure of Arrogant Bastard? Or good beer in general? I cringe when someone says "Yeah, Bud (or Coors, or anything in that vein) is definitely my favorite" I used to live near a specialty distributor (I live in PA where all our alcohol is sold in special alcohol stores) and would get pick and choose six packs all the time. Leinenkugels, Rogue Dead Guy, Stone IPA, Hopdevil and Golden Monkey... I'm salivating just thinking of it.
