Well since most new artists, get zero bombed, a lot, I came up with a voting system idea.
It works like this.
Every person who submits their content starts off with a score of 50.
And people can vote Plus (+) or Minus (-).
And votes are weighed on what people voted on the most.
For example, lets say first vote would be worth 2.
So if four people votes plus, and one person voted minus, the minus would be worth 1 point down.
So this gives more room for many users to give it a more accurate score.
