No, it's legit. Google can access un-protected Web Cams or other video cams. Have you looked? There's thousands of them. And besides, if these cameras were websites, they'd have more than just one page.

This guy is funny. I don't know but there is something about it that if you keep messing with the camera for awhile he will eventually come up to it and do something funny. I think that he knows that you can biew the security camera from the internet.

It's some German dude who works at his computer a lot. If you mess around with the camera ((Continually putting it in different positions), he'll go up to the camera and start talking to you. I don't think it's working right now. He probably shut it off because I was messing with him just a few minutes ago. Anyway, find a good one and supply a link to the camera.

Has anyone figured out if you can search for cameras within your zip code, or city? Because that would be even cooler. Not that I don't like looking at people in the parking lot of the Wyoming medical center. haha
