Calling All Spriters

I need help on How to make a sprite movie.....
I dont know how to keep the sprite Im using to stay in the same place
if I put in a new frame, I would need to put in a different sprite, but after I do that Its really echy (moves all around)
can someone help me?

You need to onion skin it so you know exactly where to put the next sprite
