It's nothing special, you submit a song, we listen to it to make sure it doesn't break any rules, then we approve or ban it.
If it's approved, your song (And any songs you upload after that) will then be visible on the Audio Portal (as opposed to only being visible on your profile). If you're banned, you can't submit anything else, nor edit your current submissions, nor will your stuff show up on the portal.

Hey i had a quick question to ask about my Audio... as far as i know it isn't public yet because i cannot find it in a search... yet when i go to listen to it, one of my tracks show that people have been downloading it.

So i was just wondering how is this so if it's not available to the public yet? I'm pretty certain i wouldn't have been banned because the material is 100% my own composition and performing.

Any helpful info would be greatly appreciated :)

Your stuff is visible to the public on your profile regardless of your approval status... It's just not visible on the Audio Portal itself until you are approved.

And on that note, I've approved you, so now it's visible on the Audio Portal and not just your profile.
