Yes, that is enough to make a personal art thread.

And the quality of the jpeg depends what program you're using.
If you're using ms paint then the jpegs will always export badly.
So you'll have to save them as pngs or bmps and convert them.

jpgs will be bad quality no matter what, unfortunately.
However, when you post images in your thread, if you want to redirect to a high quality image, you can post a link leading to your HQ image (but don't forget to also post the image in the thread!)

You can get high quality jpegs, but you tend to sacrificing file size. If you begin to force the compression, then you tend to get artifacts.

Haha, I actually have a little 'tattoo' on the inside of my arm right next to my vein, because I was a clumsy child and once accidentally stuck an ink pen in my arm. It left a neat little tattoo-point.
I was a young victim of art :(

Wanted to pop in and say I'm not dead. Been super busy with school lately, so haven't been online much. My buddies house got robbed so I've been letting him keep my laptop, which I just got back recently. I also built a new gaming rig, which is a beast. So I've been spending the free time I get playing games on that ha ha.

Things seem to be going good, hopefully I'll be able to get hold of a camera to take pictures of the work I've been doing in school. Spending more time down in the wood studio than up in printmaking like I normally do. Just learned how to use a lathe, pretty fun stuff.
