OK im really really really bored waiting on my GF to show up so im gonna see if their aint enough unfilled request to make a todolist....now the question is weather or not to make it like I do for the NGSM or just throw one together. Well i guess that will depend on how many unfilled requests their are.

Sorry I made that post Ninja. After making it I went through all 9 pages and realized I dont have the umph to make a todolist based on how fucked most of the Requests are...Few of em follow your guide lines as stated in the OP and the rest usually dont even make sense...like why would someone come here and ask for a sig...I can understand if someone asks the NGSM for banners or new profile pics of Avi's. Meh what ever good luck and il stop by and try to help out when I can(granted the request is do able or not stupid as hell).
