They didn't. There used to be duping methos though. But that was mostly unusuals that got duped. No hacking, what so ever, was required to dupe hats.

Thread hasn't been that active lately. Anyway, I'm really starting to get bored of TF2, it's starting to be same old borign shit! Join a game, somebody mic spams, everybody is sniper, no teamwork even when desperate, and we lose.

Maybe you're just going to shitty servers? I go to the same couple servers all the time and play with similar people who actually play to try and win.

New update

They added a strange Kukri, Hue-Long Heater and Enforcer. As well as 7 new unusual effects.

Hello again everyone! For a while I've been thinking about writing a Medic guide for the Vaccinator, as it is my favorite Medi Gun, and finally got around to doing so. I'd really appreciate it if you guys could check it out so it gains some popularity, as I'd really like to share my experience with some of the players who aren't as familiar with the gun.

Anyways, summer crates are dropping and that's pretty neat. They contain the same community items that were made available a few weeks back but I'm hoping some new ones are added as time progresses. The hoodie is absolutely perfect for Scout. Really goes well with his personality.

I wonder if the quickfix is a viable medigun now that it gives 50% overheal.

Same with cozy camper, sounds like it might be viable for the sniper now possibly.

The change to the l'etranger seems pretty unnecessary. The gun was fine before just people didn't like using it for some reason. Sounds like its going to be better than all the other spy guns now.

That was OP. I am more annoyed about the fact that when you feign death with a dead ringer, any damage will reduce the cloak time.

Also, the escape plan now marks you for death, so it sort of defeats the purpose of escaping now..

I played around with the quickfix today. Its better than before but its still ineffective compared to the regular medigun.

The only thing the quickfix has going for it is the faster healing but besides that the regular medigun has a much more useful and effective uber (in fact the regular medigun's uber is CRUCIAL to a game, the quickfix's uber isn't) and also the quickfix doesn't have full overheal which defeats the purpose of it being a better gun for giving team mates health.

I play a lot of medic so I could see the noticeable difference. Really the quickfix only needs a bit more of a buff now and then it will be a viable medigun.

What this buff could be I don't know. More health for the medic? Area of effect healing whilst ubering? Longer ubercharge time (I find that the quickfix uber ends just as you see your team beating back the enemy)? Invulnerability to just the medic during uber (but no capping)?

I know what you mean, I have a strange escape plan and liked getting away and kill people while fleeing.

Now I can't even run away without getting killed. Also they made the Rescue Ranger more OP by giving it a bit more damage and making the building healing bolts a bigger repair amount.

Anyways, I want the Das Maddendoktor, it's totally a great Dr Horrible medic hat. And the Delinquent's vest

The update doesn't really effect me. I occasionally used the Attendant set, but that's about it.

Went to have a go of the new Winger stats but turns out I don't have one. Oh well.

At the very least I no longer feel guilty about using the pan on Soldier instead of an Escape Plan.

I decided to buy one new key so I opened up an orange crate and got Das Feelinbeterbagger. Don't play medic much and it isn't worth a lot so I was feeling a bit down on my luck, but I thought I'd try again anyway because I love this crap. Got an Aqua key and ended up getting a Macho Mann. That is probably one of my top 3 of the new items and it's worth a decent amount. Finally, some luck.

I haven't played TF2 in weeks, and I played again thanks too the update, nope the magic hasn't come back. I got an orange crate and decided to go the store to get the key, then noticed the AP sap was on sale, put both in my cart before realizing, "Wait I don't even play this game anymore" and backed out.
I think I lost all interest in TF2.

I decided to shamefully buy two more keys... both for the yellow crate. First I got the Das Hazmattenhatten which is a really good medic hat, and then BOOM DOWNVEST. Fucking awesome.
