Meh, since I haven't been on for very long, my artists, songs and albums haven't separated very much. But in my top albums, I own all but 2 album in the top 10 albums (Paramore - Riot and The Beatles - Sgt. Pepper). In fact, I own a lot of the albums that have at least 2 plays, even though some of them are LPs.

Speaking of which, to start up some more discussion, how do you guys feel about LPs? Do you like them, hate them, feel indifferent towards them?

Personally, I like them. I like the sound they make; not so much the quality of the recording, but the way they play the record. Plus, I get excited when I find an old band that I like, but have almost no songs for on my computer, since I don't download music.

I used to have a vinyl player, but it broke. It's a shame, since my dad's got a killer vinyl collection (Who, Floyd, etc, etc)

My dad just got a vinyl player last Christmas, and both my parents have great vinyl selection. Beatles; Who; Zepalan; Floyd; Journey; Asia; Genesis; Simon and Garfunkel; Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young; Van Halen, just to name a few.

I've only got about 700 on my MP3 player, but I got an additional 200 on the computer. My dad has 1,000s, but I haven't touched his songs yet, mainly because I don't want to go through them all. Plus all the LPs I have.

So, digitally, my own personally collection is relatively small. But overall, my family is set for years with the amount of music we have.

I had a subscription for a year, and I'll probably re-suscribe. Back when they had the big new releases, I got them maybe 3 weeks before everyone else, I never really bother with last.fm radio so the quicker connection didnt affect me, but the "Who's viewed your profile" feature is swell. And considering the subscription is dirt cheap...
