Wow, I actually gained a rank. It feels like years since that last happened! And I should be able to get another one next month- my pace shouldn't be this low again for a while, I've been away for 2 weeks which has reduced my pace by around half. Got to keep on hitting that 0 button and hoping for the best (even on Clock Day).

Thanks for the update, Knuckstrike. One of my best August's in recent years, considering how Blams seem to become more scarce in the run up to Clock Day and all.

I was looking for bigger numbers than that, to be honest. The last week has not been kind, as the torrid pace that I was setting was closing me in on an average of 4 per day, but then the wheels fell off and over the last week, I have an average of less than 2 blams per day. The old horse still plods on, but it's becoming more painful to watch, by the month...

Still, I'm about 450 Blams behind Andersson and M-A-R-C-U-S, so I have a goal in my pseudo-immediate sights for a change. That could turn into 6 months, but if we head through a "purple patch", to use a Formula 1 term there, we might make it a lot quicker.

I've just got to keep doing what I'm doing and judging flash movies and games as harshly as I believe feasible. I will get Blams, I will climb the ranks further!

Another month, another not so subtle shift in portal behaviour. This time meaning that I'm no longer racking up points ad nauseum, but I'm still going. I've got a nice little streak of Blams going, even if the overall output has almost halved on me...

Thanks for the update, Knuckstrike. You're right - it's lonely at the top, and I tip my (virtual) cap to Ms. Gagsy for showing us that hard work and dedication does count - well done, indeed.

As for me, it's a slow road, but I'm still swinging away. Looking at your update, I am managing better than average, but it's still a dismal rate. A few years ago I could get 8-10 blams a day - now, it's more like 2.

Based on an average of 60 blams per month, with a deficit of of just over 2,100 (assuming Wingman doesn't blam anymore) it's going to take me 3 YEARS to reach #150....I hope for the love of God we turn Newgrounds around and blams are more common by then....but, hey, I'm not going anywhere any time soon.

Damn, I was close to the top 10 this month. Must be getting a little better again.

+83 is a good gain this month, getting Oldskool on myself there. 228 behind Andersson and 250 behind M-A-R-C-U-S, so all getting good. I just need to work on maintaining a stable pace around the 3 per day mark if I can. The worst thing about this is that I'm likely to slot in between them on an update, which would just infuriate my old friend gfoxcook, as we all know.

I can hear you thinking: finally, an update where Knuckstrike didn't wait until the evening to make it. Truth is, I actually just have some tough maths to do so I decided this was more soothing :]. Soo... does anyone know why the sum of two squared whole odd numbers can't be a square of another whole number?
