Well, I went to a headshop today and I bought this legal thing that is supposedly a 10 minute acid trip. Basically acid but in a lower concentration so that it doesn't last as long. Anyways, I felt like I was tripping out, I was a 47 year old man with kids at a baseball game and I was laughing so hard for a longgg time. It was odd.. does anyone else have these little things or have they tried them?

No, its legal, well in the state of CA it is I guess. But its not as strong as acid, acid lasts for like a hour or two, and this only lasts for 10 minutes..
A head shop is basically a place were they sell insence and bongs n stuff.

The only thing I can think of that's legal to buy and lasts about 10 minutes with hallucinations is salvia divinorum extracts, and the effects are almost completely different from LSD. Do you think you could perhaps give a name to whatever you bought?
They have tons of these "legal high" drugs. It's usually just placebo effect.

hmm I dunno, it was about 2 dollars, and it looked sort of like LSD, you had to peel off this sticker thing and then put it on your tounge, it would dissolve and youd just start laughing then youd like trip out.

There is no drug in existence as far as I know that matches what you bought, and I know plenty of obscure drugs. Either you're bullshitting or someone recently invented a new blotter drug that isn't LSD or brolamfetamine, which I doubt.

You can suck on the leaves to produce the same effect as smoking it, but from what I hear the effect is diminished and you need to have the full leaves. All the stuff they sell here comes in this black powdery form and I don't think oral ingestion would work.
Plus, LSD and Salvinorin are completely different chemicals and produce completely different effects. There's no possible way you could say that it's "like doing LSD."
That wasn't LSD, that was Salvia and it's perfectly legal, even in high doses.

what you took was probably either LSA, which is present in morning glory seeds, or salvia which is fairly common decorative plant with psychoactive properties. either way, its not acid.
