haha, lol:)
It's a shame about what happened to the servers, I wanted to take a look at the game
Why do they always have to ruin stuff? Seriously? I mean do people suck so much at a game that they have to hack a game in order to feel better about themselves? Sounds kinda fruity to me... Hope you get it up on the site though. I'll play it right away so as to avoid the pussies that hack >.<

Same here...Why Tom why?!?
I was able to check it out a little bit last night when it was still goin, and it seemed pretty sweet, actually :) Kind of a simple little platforming multiplayer thing, where you shoot maggots at each other XD
I'm lookin foreward to the finished deal here, soon as all the wrinkles are ironed out.

Dont we all.
It sounds like there's a fair bit of confusion here; Hope I can clear some of it up.
HOST runs on MMOcha, the multiplayer platform built for Stick Arena (www.MMOcha.com).
MMOcha developers are initially assigned a temporary server for development purposes, which in intended to be swapped with a 'Live' server before the game launches (A dedicated box in the case of HOST, since we anticipate high volumes for pretty much ANYTHING developed by Ed and Caulder). The temporary HOST server is not setup to handle 'NG Front Page' player volume, so this likely accounts for some of the issues reported yesterday. However, we also suspect some of the issues are simply client-side bugs introduced with larger volumes of players and resulting new scenarios not yet tested by Diverge.
In short, MMOcha is not unstable or buggy; It gracefully handles 4,000+ simultaneous Stick Arena players during peak times. Additionally, we are working to address many of the security concerns our players have with MMOcha 2.0.
I hope that clarifies things a bit. We look forward to fully supporting HOST when it launches - From my experience, HOST will make more than a few Diverge fans happy with its atypically dark and humorous style.
I tried playing it (yes, I know the link) and all it says is "Testing over, go away." So where is it now?
