I'm trying to lower an image size so that the file is no more than 10kb. But no matter what I do, nothing works!
What do I do?

What program are you using?
Have you tired reducing the image quality % or changing the format to progressive (if a jpg image)? Or if it's a gif, then reduce the colors or add loss? You might also need to lower the actual dimensions of the image as well.
You might also want to upload the picture somewhere (http://www.imageshack.us/), and I see what I could do.
I'm using photoshop. I managed to get it to 10.9kb. But it won't let me go any lower!

Do you need it in .png format for any reason? I can save it as a .gif at only about 6 KB, or as a JPG with a fairly low quality of 55% right under 10 KB.
Here's the .gif format. Or if you do need it as a .png, I made the image a little smaller and was able to get it under 10 KB (it's still 100X100 pixels, though).
