Maybe you could copypaste a picture of a good cumshot and then magic wand away the rest of the pic and convert to a brush. sorry i don't know more

why don't you just use a blood brush I did a sig request that they wanted a sig that looked like someone just came on it and I just used a blood brush with a creamy white color and blurred it a little and then put a bevel on it looked pretty real

you dont need a brush. you just do it.
