I'm completely the wrong person to point this out - but the pick of destiny was a great game - but it broke copyright after copyright (against the rules) and for what was seemingly no reason, it would have been an awesome game even without Tenacious D naming an imagery...
Transmigration was an excelent MOVIE and for the love of cheese Coolio Naito belongs in to top 10 for the sheer volume of work he put into this contest.
Still, even if it wasn't based on scores, i think thats why i came first, having the alrgest score by such a margin, and do i'd like to thank everyone who played and enjoyed ongaku.

In the midst of all the crap Tom's been up to the past week, I am eternally grateful for him to mention my quest for the gold on Famecast (see the end of his post). Wohoo!

That being said, the other contestants in the competition have really pulled out all the stops to get their votes, and as a result there's now a huge clusterfuck between 3rd to 7th place. I feel like at this point the NG users will be the one that'll make the difference, so if you want to be part of that heroic horde that comes to slay the rest of the bad guys at the very climax of the movie, saving the heroes from certain doom, now would be the time!

In my opinion Incubus Pulsum was the crappiest game of all that could aim for top 10.
But opinion on one person means nothing.

I wonder how many ppl chose those flashes in top ten and why were the scores set by thousands of ng visitors ignored.

A lot of people keep mentioning this, but they are going by the NewGrounds timestamp. It is certainly still that previous date in many other parts in the world. It seems to be tradition with AG contests that you can turn it in as long as it is still the date SOMEwhere in the world. :)

AWESOME! Thank you so much Newgrounds and ArmorGames! I was so afraid that my entry was ... well... forgotten? After I submitted 'Monsters of Rock', the site went down for the redesign. Not too many people got to see and vote on it.

Man, I started work on mine the day they announced the contest and submitted on the last day. It's been two and a half months of solid programming, art and animation. It was also my first adventure with Actionscript 3.0. Too bad I couldn't get the computeSpectrum() functionality working in time. :-(

I'm really glad the ArmorGames contests have stopped using the NG score as the determining factor for the winning entries. It's way to susceptible to corruption, since it's technically possible to rally an entire forum to downvote or upvote a submission. Plus, the fact that people can vote more than once per submission means that the stats are flawed. How many of a submission's 3000 votes were double, triple, quadruple etc votes?

I'm looking forward to getting AlienHominid HD and Castle Crashers for the Xbox 360, though to be honest, I don't want to touch Guitar Hero II. I think I'm burned out on rhythm games...

God damn. I don't mind that my game didn't win (looking at it now, it was a pretty crap game) but it would at least be nice to have it recognized on the contest collection page... (as I think EviLudy also wants for his "Jungle Destruction" game).
