How to Photoshop the pic
If you're new to Photoshop or something, all you do is save the pic, open it in Photoshop, and then use the tool "Magic Eraser" (set on a tolerence of about 32) on the green parts of the picture. It will get rid of that color, so you'll have the pic by itself!

Nothing too NSFW, unless of course it's really hilarious.
Actually do something, don't be lame and say something like "I made him stupid" and post the original picture, or just invert it or something lame like that :/
