You would have to know how to make things spawn (dunno if that's the actual term used) first...
And then I think you would use this.

I'm sure the random spawn does work in this case. Really, i think all you have to do is set the stuff to spawn randomly on a certain plane and say if it is behind the screen delete all the trampoline duplicates before that so that the game doesn't lag in record timing. :P Although, this is really what i think would work, i don't know a solid method for accomplishing what you want.
