I had a random problem like when red dots took the places of icons kinda like what you're getting now. Clear the cache and all that crap then restart and it should be fine. I think.
You aren't hacked, your browser isn't processing the image correctly. I've been seeing this happen. liljim hasn't been able to duplicate the error yet, so for now, clear cache + empty cookies, rah rah rah.

Every possible situation can be bashed through with a complex series of lies.
Clear your Cache, delete your temp files, and then reload the page.
A disk check and a defrag won't hurt either, although they're probably not causeing this problem.
Looks like your computer is loading images from it's cache and getting the tank confsued with a picture of some guys tattoo.
