The admins have been known to reset stats for behavior like that. Watch, and vote fairly.
I actually visited the UJ list for the first time since Clock Day, and there were quite a few nice movies in between the not so great submissions. Since I started on page 2 of the portal listings, most of the utter crap had been filtered out, so the experience was a good reminder of why I love NG.
