I came down with something on my last day in San Diego, so I'm a bit under the weather at the moment. It's been making it harder to get all caught up, so I apologize to anyone who tried to contact me over the past week and got ignored. I'm trying to respond to as much as possible and solve all the little problems that arise, but I'm also trying to catch up with the onslaught of new issues, questions and comments that keep pouring in. :)
Comic-Con was a big success! Castle Crashers was a huge hit with the crowd. We had Tankmen t-shirts for sale and it was exciting to see how many people were already familiar with the series.
A ton of NG artists were in attendance this year, including the creators of Pico vs. Convict, Madness, Work It! - Olskoo NES, College University, Xombie, Tomorrow's Nobodies, Broken Saints, Joe Zombie, TMNT: REBEL, Stickmess, I-Mockery and StrawberryClock himself. Sorry for anyone I missed, my head is a bit cloudy. :)
I'm back at the NG HQ now and we are rolling on a lot of exciting projects. The redesign continues to push forward, a new episode of Tankmen is in the works, and we have some fun developments concerning the Audio Portal - more on that later. I'll also be cranking away at Castle Crashers, so that maybe we can have a new demo to show at PAX next month in Seattle. If you are in the Seattle area, be sure to come check out the Penny Arcade Expo! We will be there showing the Castle Crashers demo, as well as selling fun stuff!
