I'd cut my tits off with a rusty exacto blade before I use windows 10. This is win 8.1. After it becomes too obsolete I'm moving to a linux build. No idea how or why the taskbar is transparent. The wallpaper is actually wallpaper engine and its called "Houoh's stage 2". It's from a game called Ninja Master's (idk if it's any good or not. I literally just figured that out.) There's a lot of these posted on wallpaper engine with the animation. The stages all make good backgrounds tbh. Link
