You can't, unless there's some mysterious function in one of the muy expensive versions I didn't know about.
A plugin ships with FL 6XXL (And possibly others, I don't know) called the "Fruity Video Player"
Perhaps you have it turned off, if not, I'm sure it's mad cheap.
One thing I love about Image-Line is that they allow you to buy specific features of the XXL if you just need one feature.
Or, I suppose, you could look as XXL is just a bundled version with all of them. But yes, you can buy the plugin for $35 off of their website. A video player is nearly a requirement if you are scoring to flash, movies, or tv (or any other visual media). It makes life a lot easier.
logic 7 has that built in, having that in fl might be a rumor.
Yes, you can use the Video Player in FLstudio6. I wanted to write some music with my keyboard, however, to a trailer, but for some reason, it was difficult to play any music to the video without the video window being minimized. :P

It's good idea to read through what other people write before you post. I already confirmed that it existed and explained how to get it.
It says in the plugins you own that I own it but I can't find it anywhere...

OK found it
There's the plugin..
but it's very "heavy" (talking about cpu rates) and it doesn't read EVERY type of swf or avi..
so my main choice still is render the mp3 with 4 beats at the begin and then open videolan to play videos, taking the time and playing "play" in the right moment :)
preistoric ahah not very pro :P
