Hate to say it, but I have a horrible feeling that England are going to lose this match, although not by that sort of margin. Ecuador are a good team, they have a lot to prove, they rested 5 players during their last match, and they're more used to the heat.

Hope they prove me wrong.

Nah I don't see it happening.Although Engurland aren't playing great they have enough indivudal quality that will see them get past Ecuuador.

I think that now since Owen is gone they will just resort to humping long balls up Croach which as we all know ain't gonna win them the world cup.

England 3 : 2 In extra time. It will be 1 : 1 by 90 minutes, and Equador will score second and third.

Remember Germany beat Ecuador 3 - 0. So I suppose 2 - 0 would be a better prediction.

What a match indeed yesterday! Maradona was nervous like mad, he probably dived in a pool of coke back at the hotel to calm him down.

Can’t watch the Ingerlunt match, got packing and stuff to do. What is this 2 – 1 for Holland bullshit and the whole extra time shit. I will die if it comes to extra time. Would it go all the way to penalties I will have less then 3 hours of night rest before I have to go and catch my flight. Good thing if we loose, because then I don’t have to face all the Dutch bastards putting victory in my face.

But of course I want them to win, they must win. They must win to shut the big dutch mouths and end the whole “good team spirit” thing. For months it has been all about the good relations in the team, everyone is so happy pappy. Bullshit.

Forca Portugal!

I am 100% Portuguese living in Holland. So you can imagine that a match like this is beyond extreme importance.

Im looking forward to the match too. I cant stand that Christiano Ronaldo. Fuckin 'pretty boy' who acts like he is the shit, while in reality hes just being a selfish brat who's in the last stage of puberty

That about sums it up yes but to be hones I think that tonight is going to be his night. There are going to be a lot of long range shots from Portugal.

I hope that too : ) but here we are all scared. Like someone sayed later, on the match agains Mexico it was due to Maxi's incredible goal, but otherwise that, Mexico was a hard opponent and I think Germany will be even harder, I don't know, I'm so fucking scared about this friday, but oh oh well, I just wish I ould be there!!! There are a lot of argentinians there, having a great time. Fuck.

The ref is being a real dick toward England. Tiny tap to an Ecudorian and gets a yellow card.

And tells Owen Hardgeeves to move so the other team can take a corner!

Anti-English Ref, i smell a loss because of this guy, just like in euro 2004.

Ecuador look like they could be ripped to shreds with one good ball behind the back four for Rooney to chase or a decent through ball with Gerrard/Lampard running on. Sadly that hasn't happened yet and we look equally shaky in central defence.

0-0 at half time.

Not a pretty game at all. England's defense is OK, but hasn't been challenged too much, and Robinson is their greatest weakness. The midfield is a little uninspired, and their offense is harmless, their play overall a little too static. A pity Rooney isn't in good condition at the moment.

I really don't see them winning this thing.

Here it goes again, second half. Good luck England, you’ll need it. It will probably be a goal out of the blue from either side.

I'd like the final to be England-Germany. So we can take revenge for Wembley back then!
