Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas, or enjoyed whatever you celebrate.

I'd also like to take this time to give out a big F U to Amazon.com. They charged my card on 12/05/05 and then the company they were supposed to send my order to claims they never got it. So the stuff I ordered never arrived for Christmas and I was charged on 12/5/05! I thought retailers were not to charge your credit card until the item was being shipped! What a bunch of HORSE S*#@! So I filed a claim with Amazon telling those c@ck gobblers I want a full refund.

The Grinch is back, and it's AMAZON.COM!

I order online all the time. I never have problems. This is probably the first problem I've had.

The problem is with Amazon's communication with their 3rd party vendors.

The problem is Amazon is charging my card rather than the 3rd party vendor charging my card. If the order never makes it to the 3rd party vendor, then at least my card isn't being charged.

It was only a $40 order, so it's more of an annoyance than anything. I think it's funny that Amazon.com fucked over both my brother and myself. Imagine if they get wind of this "OMG, we fucked up the orders of two guys who both post on the front page of Newgrounds.com!"

Not that we're THAT popular, but still, it doesn't look good for them when they are 0/2 with Tom and I. :)

Smae crap happened to me,bought Call of Duty 2 for PC,and then they send me the Xbox 360 version!Now when I try to tell them I'm sending it back I have to pay $10 for shipping...

Yep, amazon is a piece o crap... basicly due to selling via other retailers...

It's a lot better if you buy it directly from amazon, but don't buy from other sellers via amazon.
Find the company name, perform a google search and buy it from the original website, that way your order will be faster, and handled directly for a LOT better communication. Cut out the middle man, and amazon won't get any fucking cut of profits!

Wade, i competly agree... amazon has become shite.

Well if they screw you over again, you could boycott them. Submitting flash left and right and putting it on the front page.

And then eBaums would steal it and then EVERYONE will see it, and it's a huge hit to Amazon.

That woud be a little too harsh though..I think anyway.

I dunno if Amazon would care to change their business practices because of a little noise at Newgrounds. But an all out campaign, maybe! Make a cool enough Flash about Amazon, and syndicate the hell out of it, get it on the news, etc. Then again, considering they usually get things right, it might do more harm than good.
