Ok, we've got some resubmitting going on here. This guy keeps submitting the same thing and removing it before it gets blammed. Then he resubmits under a new title.
The flash is a mushroom walking across a field, he says 'ungh' and then the end screen happens. This was the second or even third time I saw it, so I reviewed it:
Don't let the icon fool you. It's about a mushroom. Here's the most recent submission, which is at least the third, and maybe the fourth one:
The only difference in this one is that the facebook and twitter links have been removed from the end screen.
It's got 1 picture, nothing more. It says something in arabic, and the author comments are questionable. Dunno if it's a joke or not. It's still nothing more than a pic, tho, and it would not be missed.
Well, the dog days of summer are here. That big, burning globe that most of us pasty white geeks shun is doing it's worst, trying to catch us off guard and fry us like bacon. Reality is that I unpublish those things the second I see them. Sadly he can submit it again and again. They also went from being screamers to flashes that try to open his youtube reviews in tons of pop ups.
Apparently this guy isn't getting the message either. Resubmitted this crap again.

What exactly is with the whole Nintendo thing anyway? Is it an Angry Birds-style blackout or something else? Because I just noticed that Super Mario 63 is gone and I'm really bummed out.

Nintendo sent a DMCA and the admins had to unpublish over 500 flash games that featured assets and characters from Nintendo to evade any legal consequences. To me it seems like Nintendo is lately on a roll when it comes do making their fans upset, they also went against Let's Plays for a bit.

I knew about the LP thing already. Looks like they completely ignored that backlash if they're doing the same thing here. Oh, and that that didn't really answer my question. Is it against the rules now to have any Nintendo assets/anything in games?
