Nah, dunno who he is, I always submitted my work to http://themexp.org (search author Denvish). The thing that annoys me is the fact that he has Swissboy's fake BSOD on there, which is a cheap imitation of the real thing. I never liked Swissboy anyway, he made his bootscreens appear more glamorous by using a full palette for the screenshot, when the actual bootscreens are limited to 16 colours (and believe me, that's quite a limitation).
