Indeed. There are many things we say that we don't know the meanings very well. For example, a lot of times I say term like "plasma", but I never really know how plasma works nor know how they look like in real life. I just assume that it is a type of weapon that the color is bluish, because in the game I play a certain armored vehicle attacks with plasma and the projectile that armored vehicle fires is blue. Maybe I'll go study right now. Another of those term is "EMP". Many games I played they included EMP and I never understood how they work and stuff like that.
I think I should stop doing this because I believe it is making some of you very annoying...so here is the last one (unless you guys don't mind).
I am now ranked 21st in the Top 50 Saviours/Blammers list. Previously I was ranked 22nd. I have gone up a rank again! :D

You can get extra exp by referring friends and if that friend submits a good submission, but specifically I don't know how it works.

Only one user has been modded here on NG I think. Possibly Tanner could use it on people he doesn't like. I don't think he would do that.
Spancker, have you ever been on other BBS'? Most BBS' have mods on them. I'm surprised that you have never heard of a "Moderator".

Just saying hello. Certain users would use moderator powers against their enemies, but i have been friends with the Staff for a couple years, and they are familiar with how i moderate my own BBS. Its not like anyone can become a mod, they need to be hand picked.
