Your an admin, maybe you can help with it. I feel the ability to get porn on this is to easy. Espically when people hav profiles stating they are under 18. Perhaps you could do a check, I know for a fact it is easy in programming.

That's got to be the dumbest thing I've ever heard. There is no way to check how old a person really is, and even if there was some magical way to do so, it certainly wouldn't be "easy."
Besides that, there are different age laws dictating your puritanical views in different countries, so you'd have to also check which country the person was from as well. So not only is that a complete and utter waste of time and energy, it's a waste of programming efforts.

If you're talking about a stat to see how close we are to the next whistle rank I agree with your idea. It might give people more incentive to start flagging reviews again. As it stands I only get points by blowing the whistle on submissions that break the rules.

Ahhh, so THIS is why I suddenly moved up to a silver a few days ago. Great! Nice to know that, even though it takes awhile, the flagging does eventually come foreword.

I am on my way now, in only a few short months, I have gotten a silver whistle level, an Elite Guard Private First Class Badge, and I am ten days away from level ten in experence. Woot!

Not sure anymore if whistle points can work as well as they do for experience and b/p points. For the whistle, you get your points in spurts. Seems to me that the only time it changes is when there is a big clearing of stuff which is then followed by long periods of inactivity.

You should really consider the thought of hiring staff to do the dirty work. Good work, though.

Yeah There have been alot of abusive reviews, I have been banned for days. Near as i can tell it lifted at 10 pm ish tonight. I deserved it. I got po'd about the clock day thing and went off on a few clocks. It was my first clock day exp. what can I say.. However, reading through alot of recent reviews, I see ppl are flaggin reviews that arent really "abuseive" seen 1 that 8 ppl flagged, Subject - Great Game Review - good game, I liked it. Ppl are getting a lil over zelous i think. And not marking reviews honestly. I've seen sevrel of them, If you want a good example of abusive, read my reviews, there it one in there, I promise you wont miss it. Truthfully, it shoulda been taken down. Wade? But still, i had other reviews marked abusive on clock day simply because I didnt follow the cround and vote 5 for all clocks, I know this happend to others. Basically this is a double edged sword, pepole will always abuse the system when givin chance. Not to say ALL will, but SOMEONE, always will. I guess why we have UBER mods :) But I think mabe Allowing Mod status for a few Upstanding Newgrounds citazins wouldnt be a bad ideal. This way our regular mods have more time to deal with cases of ppl obviously abusing the system. Also I have a question, Sometimes when casting my 1 honest vote, I get an Error-stop trying to cheat the system! Wtf? but I'll reload and be able to vote normally. weird stuff. can someone explain what is promting this? I'm just voting normally on a submission sometimes and get it.

Very good point, I have 1 author respose in my list i'd like to make gone because he didn't even stop to think about how his own game worked before he replyed, my review was fair, meek, and quite correct. He didn't swear, but was quite rude. This is minor in lite of these other problems, but some authors get down right dirty in there responses that ive seen it you dont like there work. oh, and sry for the back 2 back post's.

Umm, I know my reviews havent been the most flattering. I'm just wondering which one urked someone into reporting me, and was able to earn the deciding nod from whichever mod has the least amount of a sense of humor on this website.

Sometimes, people have so many crappy/abusive reviews, it's just easier to ban them, than to mark each for deletion.
