no virgin lungs i mean a fat stomach also know as a stomach. if your like me you'll have a stomach, you have abs. but there is no way i can ever have abs. i'm guessing genetics here. but my stomach is pretty small know so i'm okay. damm skiny little people giving people like me a bad name.

question if your 175 pounds and 6 feet tall does that make you fat. but i also have a lot of muscle in my legs, thighs ect but not in my chest, stomach or arms.

Mate that is pure rubbish. There is no way genetics can prevent you from having abs. Yes they CAN hinder you but if you work hard on them, anyone can get a 6 pack.

How small? What size waist in inches are you?

Important. If you'vr got a a bit of a belly, and do 200 sit ups a day you'll still won't get a flat stomach.You have to be at LEAST a 32inch waist before you can even think about training your abs.

I dunno, you've have to send me a pic before I could comment.But unless your very well built 175lbs sounds very heavy. You should do a fat% test to see if your overweight or not. Only 7% of my body is fat. The normal % for someone my age is 12-16%

Well it's always better to lay off food with added salt because food normally already has salt within it. But it should be okay to eat them, as long a your not excessive about it.

I wouldnt say you would have to lose weight. I would say eat good food with lotsa protein and gain about 5 or 6 pounds of muscle and then go from there.

i bin workin out about 2 years now but joind the gym and been bodybuilding for about a month now, my workouts:

Mon: chest
tue: rest
wed: back, lower upper middle. my lats and traps.
thursday:rest
friday: legs and triceps and forarms
saturday: biceps, sholders
sunday:rest

I also when im working out eat loads as im actualy trying to put weight and mass on, im 5ft 11 and only 152 pounds now but im putting on more muscle and weight.

You should do warmup weights before you work out so you r arms dont cramp up and he blood is flowing, just like when you do cardio for warming up use light weights to warm up your arms.

damm that was hard. a really good exercise to keep your things and legs ect ect into shape. go to your school if you can and go to the bleechers. now instead or running them just jump on each bleacher. so you hop on the first step, second ect ect and then hop down, repeat

Wow i just now realize how much it sucks running when its freaking hot outside... I have a 3 mile run i do in the morning and that was fine... But for my afternoon run omg... It starts off in the woods where it was all cool and shady and i was like feeling fine for the first 2 miles then i come out into the open field for the final 2 miles and holy crap... It was hell...

you can join. welcome. some good food to eat can be: any veggies., fuirts, water or any sports drinks can help or orange juice but it has to be 100% Orange not Sunny Delight! (that has 2% juice!) Also any low-fat meats or some junk food. I found out that pizza is good for your body. It has every type of food on the food chain!

Now the foods to stay away is any high fatted junk food like potato chips, french fries from any place like Burger King, Carl's Jr., McDonald's and on, soda but it can go to the good food list but its both (you chose but not Deit Soda, that can make you hungery for more food! Stay away from that also), eggs (but not the white part just the yellow part.) and so on. Just find any foods you like and see if its on the good or stay away lists. The ones i do are from the ROTC exercises i had in high school and still do now.

a good work out for me let's see....

well....

20 pushups 4 count (1 2 3 thats 1)
get up
do 40 sun gods 4 count (way your arms in the air in circles to the front, sides, and atop on you)
back down
20 more pushups
40 more sun gods

repeat process 5 times total or more if you want. believe me. first time you do this it will suck and your arms WILL HURT big time.

then

crouches 30 4 count
reverse crounches 4 count
diamond push-ups 20 4 count (if you can't do diamond push-ups very good then try normal push-ups but double the amount to 40 times)
hello dollys 20 4 count
half a sit up and hold count to 15 slowly then back down exp.....(up....1...2...3 15...14...13) that will hurt trust me

run 3 to 4 miles.

real easy workout, once you are used to it and that's the ROTC work out. Evertone should give it a try if you want to have better abs (or 6-pack), quicker speed on your legs, and better body!
