We will have a constitution that protects and preserves the communist system in law, but we cannot ignore the interests of the people except when such interests conflict with the communist constitution. Only a democracy can be expected to carry out the interests of the people.
So in effect, the people do not have a full say over the government that they elect. Theoretically, if the dictatorship of the proletariat comes to reject communism, would your system move to deny them the right to choose their own destiny, even if it means exploiting one another?
