Stolen Flash

Some of you may have noticed the Daily 1st prize went to a stolen submission. Unfortunately this happens from time to time. I have terminated the user's account who submitted work that wasn't his own. Let this be a warning to anyone who thinks they are doing people a favor by submitting other people's work. If you email me and whine about me deleting your account for this offense you'll simply get a reply from me with a big F U!

This person submitted a high quality Flash and stole someone else's chance at the 1st place award. To the user who did this, you are scum and there are thousands of our users that would love to line up and have a turn kicking you in the groin!

He got deleted because he swapped a flash file with a piece of shit. And the fact I grassed him up good.

You deserve an award in your profile for that, in fact I know for a fact that IsOnFire has done this in the past, he submitted a REALLY GOOD car game he had actually made, then switched it with Pimp Murphy.

This makes me call for a system that allows flagging of submissions after they pass judgement. After all, you never know when somebody might try to get "Making Fiends" through again. Also, there are other stolen movies out there, like the BushFlash films.

I've seen this Flash before (and other people said the same thing in their reviews) and it wasn't called Super Duper Ninja Action (an obvious goof title)... can't remember what it was called though. This submission went so far as to actually get on the frontpage too.

And if you read all the guys commentaries its obvious that he's either very odd or not the true author as he just writes the most retarded replies to people.

We MIGHT accept Paypal in the future. However, we don't make money from the sticker sales. The only benefit to us is it helps get our name out there.

Also, if we took Paypal it would mean I'd have to spend more time working on sticker orders as I'd have to address the envlopes (I'd probably get a label printer, but that's still more time and money for the printer), and I would have to put postage on the envelopes. It's easier for us if people send us a return envelope with their return address already filled out and the appropriate return postage attached. All I have to do is stuff stickers in it, stamp our return address on it, and seal it up. If we do take Pay Pal we will probably charge a service fee, like an extra $.50-1.00 or something as we would now have to provide the return envlope, address label, and spend more time labor wise. It doesn't just cost Newgrounds.com the supplies, it is also costing Newgrounds.com to pay me to sit and work on sticker orders rather than other things. So the more of my time it takes up, the more we would have to charge.

So to make this all clear, if you submit stolen work, your acccount is terminated, yes? And does this apply to the users who might have stolen flash and are reported in the future? Or just on UJ submisions?
