That's not your heart beat. If you're talking about blowing out while pinching your nose while your mouth is closed, air is going up your Eustachian/auditory tube to your middle ear and blowing out your eardrum.

... And what can we achieve with that? Just put your finger on your wrist, just under your thumb to count your heartbeat. It's more precise.

Isn't that how you pop your ears, like on an aeroplane?

You can hear your heart beat (well not hear, feel, but then it transfers to a sound since it's vibrating) by putting your hand there.

Or getting its heart rate high, and sweating, you sure hear it then :)

On a side note, I need to charge my cellphone.

You're right.

This has nothing to do with hearing your heart beat.

I think what you arent doing is HOLDING that push when you do the ear thing. I know exactly what this guys talking about... although im not sure i would have posted it - he isnt wrong. push out slow & soft, you CAN hear your heart.

It's the blood going through your arteries at the rate your heart pushes it, not the sound of your heart itself. But it does tell how fast the old ticker is beating.

i got a trick, it'll make you pass out for a few seconds and fuck you up afterwards. press your thumbs against your windpipe while holding your breath (preferrably done while head is tilted back). Then, hold your breath for as long as you can. if done correctly, you will shortly afterward pass out and wake up a few seconds later with impaired vision and not have the ability to balance yourself.

but then again there is the possibility to not wake up anymore!
try(when your high)putting your head between your knees, breathing like your in panic and then jumping straight up when inhaling.doing this, you will not be able to remain standing for more then two seconds.
