Game Devs: @PsychoGoldfish has added a new JS library for Newgrounds.io. This should work with ANY JavaScript or TypeScript framework!

PG also added the ability to look up medals and scores and to load save slots from other games, so devs can add cross-game perks. Code examples here.

The previous update introduced Cloud Saves, allowing players to save game data to their NG account, so they can switch between devices without losing progress. Unity devs can check out the Unity implementation of our API.

The latest Ruffle update can run some AS3 Flash games in the browser!

Madness Day is September 22nd and Krinkels is crowdfunding prizes!

Congratulations to all the game devs this month for another round of great games to play! Fascinating to see so many mobile games from the recent Mobile Game Jam: I feel bad that I wasn't able to record my playthroughs on a phone for ideal feedback, but most devs did go above and beyond to ensure that they were PC-compatible so cheers for that (and I did go back and try to play them all in a phone as well!)

I definitely agree with most of the top placed games, but feel free to swing by my ranking list as there are some nice ones that can slip through the cracks sometimes that you don't wanna miss! For example, considering checking out these lil' darlings:

I'm working on getting 2 new games out this September, and one of them I really think is gonna rock the Newgrounds boat (in a good way) so y'all should be getting hyped for September,

a lot of great entries this month as well, I wasn't very interested in the mobile game jam at first but many great games came out of it, and some really bomb-ass music came out this month, nice work everyone! B-)
