Because most republican voters are boomers who are generally less comfortable in using swear words, they resort to the dog whistle "Let's Go Brandon" instead of "Fuck Joe Biden". It's similar to a soccer mom saying "h - e - double hockeysticks", except in this case, Brandon Brown is an unwanted victim in this.
