I hate the fact that a lot of man-made food stuff contain a LOT of SODIUM and SUGAR in them. Do you know WHY a lot of food stuffs are MADE this way. Salt and sugar are preservatives. Salt mining and sugar harvesting is BIG business; there's a lot of money involved.
