3 reasons why

It will make cumming feel bad. Its a reason why it feels good for a guy, shaving balls will make it have opposite effect. I dont know how much this effect females... since they are flat so. But the vagina spot. Maybe that has effect when shaving... but assuming they are all internal i doubt it
You will feel emasculated
You will more likely become bald on the top of your head

The only acceptable place to shave, is anywhere else that is not tied to the ballsack. Like.. here. If you absolutely have to do it. Just make sure to not take hair connected to ballsack area
